Horse Tensegrity Training
The Training Program
At the end of our training program, participants will be equipped with the skills to guide horses out of myofascial dysfunction using biotensegral training.
Horse Tensegrity Training aims to provide a depth and level of detail that enables course participants to pass on their knowledge to others, including through their own teaching and workshops. Each module includes a theoretical component to build foundational understanding. Based on this, the focus of each module lies in the practical application of techniques and content.
The program spans approximately nine months, during which participants receive intensive support. It includes six in-person sessions, each lasting two days. In between these sessions, participants complete at-home assignments to deepen their understanding, and have access to an interactive learning platform for exchanging ideas and experiences. Between modules, online meetings are held to review assignments and answer any open questions.

Modules of the Training Program

1
Training of the Gaze
At the beginning of the training, you will learn to distinguish between healthy and pathological movement patterns.
We’ll train your eye to recognize the different manifestations of myofascial dysfunction and the behavioral issues that often accompany them in horses.
2
Foundational Knowledge
A solid theoretical foundation is essential. In Module 2, you'll become confident in using terms such as fascia, tensegrity, and musculature, and in understanding how these systems interconnect in the horse.
All content is taught in a clear, hands-on way - and of course, learning through touch is an important part as well.
3
Competent Leadership
Now it's time to move into practice.
But what prerequisites need to be in place before working a horse in motion?
Leadership skills are a key component here.
You’ll then be introduced to the Basic Move used in fascia therapy and learn how to implement it correctly.
4
Releasing Fascia Through Movement
The Basic Move has many variations—and we’ll show them to you.
You’ll also learn how to transfer static techniques from Module 2 into movement, and how to work a horse from a greater distance using a cavesson.
5
From Student to Teacher
By now, you will have developed a comprehensive portfolio of techniques to help horses out of pathological movement patterns and bring them back into balance.
Now it’s time to pass on that knowledge and learn how to teach others.
Participants are also welcome to bring a horse of their own, if desired.
6
Transferring The Work to Riding
How can you apply what you've learned in the saddle?
That’s what we’ll cover in the final part of the training.
Using exercises that are independent of riding disciplines, you’ll learn how to train horses under saddle in alignment with biotensegral principles, and to support them in building healthy, sustainable movement patterns.
